We had a fantastic first Fathers Day. Mikey got a sleep in the morning, then for lunch we made a quick stop to the best bakery in Brisbane for pies and macaroons to take to the botanic gardens. It was an absolutely beautiful spring day, I had hoped to get some nice shots of Violet and Mikey but she slept through the whole thing! We ended the day with a yummy roast. It was the perfect day, I love that we get these new days to celebrate.
